Dear Gaarde Christian Parents, 

Thank you so much for choosing to be a part of the GCS family as we partner together in your child’s education. We find such great joy in seeing God’s provision for our school that allows us to serve our community while providing a firm foundation for our students. We are incredibly grateful for the opportunity to serve you and your children and look forward to their continued educational and spiritual growth at GCS.

It is that time of year again when we open enrollment for the following school year. We recognize this is a big decision of commitment, a financial investment, and for some, a sacrifice made for the benefit of their family. So, as you prepare for re-enrollment at Gaarde for the 2024-2025 school year, know that you will be a continued part of the legacy of Gaarde Christian School. Our continued commitment stands to:

• Teach students who God is and about His love for us and others.
• Teach students to increase their commitment to Christ, respect, and service towards others.
• Challenge students to think critically about their world and continue to grow academically. 
• Teach students within a Biblical worldview to be salt and light in their community and make a difference in a world that desperately needs a Savior.
• Partner with parents in their call to shepherd students toward Christ.

Re-enrollment for current families and their siblings for the school will be open from January 3rd through January 24th.  Enrollment will open for the community on a first-come-first-serve basis beginning on January 25th. Enclosed are the Student Enrollment form and financial information for the 2024/2025 school year. To ensure your student’s place in the class, return the completed enrollment forms and fee by January 24th, 2024. Enrollment for Gaarde Christian Day Care Preschool will begin on January 9th and will be a separate enrollment.

Admission to GCS is age appropriate by September 1. New families seeking enrollment must submit a completed GCS Enrollment Form per student enrolling, along with a copy of a completed and signed Immunization Record. Elementary and middle school students must complete and submit a Student Education Records Request as part of the enrollment request.

All incoming elementary and middle school families seeking enrollment must complete an entrance interview with the school administrator. Transfer of all student academic records, including special education records if applicable, must be requested at the time of enrollment, for school administrator review. New students entering first through eighth grade may also be required to take a placement test before guaranteed grade placement. All placements are at the discretion of the administration. An official Enrollment Acceptance Letter, with the school administrator's signature of approval, will be sent upon administrator's review of entrance interview and student records.

Gaarde Christian School carefully and prayerfully creates a budget yearly to offer the very best education possible at an affordable cost. We wholeheartedly understand the sacrifice that each family has to make and the impact that the cost of tuition has on a family’s finances. Gaarde Christian School does not want tuition to hinder your child from attending.

Below is Gaarde Christian School's current tuition rates as well as the financial assistance process.

Gaarde Christian School offers tuition assistance to families on a “needs” basis. GCS partners with FACTS, a third-party private school tuition expert, to acquire the right financial information and determine individual tuition discounts. No scholarships are offered for preschool.
